Kerim Foundation Support Fund for Sufi Studies and Education

Drawing on the holistic perspective of Sufism, our foundation aims to serve as a source for nurturing individuals who strive to better understand science, themselves, and the world; who have internalized the spiritual and moral dimensions of the human being; who are sensitive to art; who think, inquire, and create.

In line with its founding purpose, the Kerim Foundation carries out large-scale educational projects, drawing strength from our culture of mutual assistance. Since 2013, our high-paced efforts have been brought to life—thanks to your support—with a spirit of unity and solidarity. To ensure the continuity of these services, this education fund was established in the vein of what our elders describe as the most meritorious form of giving, *Sadaqah Jariyah*. *What is Sadaqah Jariyah? As the name suggests, Sadaqah Jariyah refers to alms whose benefit continues to flow like a river. Establishing a foundation; building a mosque, public fountain, water tap, bridge, or school—good deeds whose benefit continues as long as people make use of them—are examples of this.
